A Month of Foundations, Stability, and Major Product Milestones

While some weeks may have felt lighter in terms of visible features, an enormous amount of work happened behind the scenes. Our teams focused on strengthening the foundations of the platform, improving stability, and shipping key features that prepare Spaace for what comes next.

This is not just about incremental updates. It’s about building a marketplace and a gamification layer that can scale, remain fair, and support real activity.

Marketplace Improvements & New Features

Several important upgrades were deployed to improve how users interact with collections, listings, and offers.

Homepage & Collections

  • A featured collection is now highlighted directly on the homepage.
  • New listings appear instantly on collection pages, without requiring a manual refresh.
  • Collection pages now update recent sales in real time, making market activity easier to track.

Offers & Trading

  • You can now set an expiration time on your collection offers.
  • Accepted offers now count toward your trading volume, aligning rewards with real marketplace activity.
  • Offer display and processing were improved across the platform to reduce inconsistencies.

Pro Mode Enhancements

  • Charts are back in Pro Mode, with a new full-screen view for better market analysis.
  • Faster loading for activity blocks and charts, even on high-volume collections.
  • Fixed freezes affecting Pro Mode on very active collections.

Battle Pass & Gamification Evolution

December marked a major step forward for the Battle Pass system, both in terms of mechanics and reliability.

Prime Quests & XP Logic

  • Prime Quests were rebalanced to ensure a fairer XP scale and to better reward real activity.
  • A core part of the XP attribution system was rewritten, significantly reducing latency and preventing quest validation issues.
  • Accepted offers are now fully integrated into XP and volume tracking.

New Quests & Competitive Layers

  • A new Daily Quest encouraging trading across multiple collections was introduced.
  • XP Tournaments launched, adding a competitive layer where users can climb leaderboards and compete for top positions.

Activity Gating

  • For inactive users, Genesis Quests are now the only available quests.

  • Completing a $20 transaction on Spaace unlocks the full Battle Pass experience, ensuring rewards are tied to real participation.

UX, UI & Quality-of-Life Improvements

A large part of December was dedicated to polishing the user experience.

  • Infinite scroll added for users with a large number of offers.
  • Fixed multiple display issues depending on screen size (including the “small card” bug).
  • Improved the refresh speed of the Spaace Score.
  • Resolved image caching issues that caused outdated thumbnails to appear briefly.
  • Fixed onboarding issues that could leave users on a grey screen when switching wallets.

These changes may seem small individually, but together they make the platform noticeably smoother

Security & User Protection

Security has been a major focus throughout December.

  • Unverified collections are no longer displayed on the platform following a rise in scam activity.
  • Clear warnings are now shown when interacting with non-verified collections.
  • Multiple backend security upgrades were deployed to improve infrastructure resilience.
  • Cheater detection and real-time monitoring tools were reinforced.

Support, Help Center & AI Assistance

As Spaace grows, so does the need for scalable and efficient support.

New Support Infrastructure

A live chat support system is now available directly on the Spaace website.

Help Center & AI Agent

  • The Spaace Help Center is live: https://support.spaace.io/en/
  • It will be continuously updated with guides, FAQs, and documentation.
  • Astro, our AI support agent, is now live in chat, available 24/7 to answer common questions instantly.
  • Our human support team remains available for more complex cases.

As a result, all new platform-related support requests are now handled via the website chat rather than Discord, allowing for better tracking and faster resolution.

Infrastructure & Stability Work

December also included extensive backend and infrastructure improvements:

  • Faster metadata refresh across the platform.
  • Improved real-time bug detection.
  • Refactoring of critical systems to support higher load and future features.
  • Numerous invisible but essential fixes that make upcoming releases possible.

This is the kind of work you don’t always see immediately, but it’s what allows Spaace to move faster and safer in the long run.
