With the launch of the new Epoch, we’re introducing an important evolution to the Ambassador Leaderboard.
Over the past weeks, many of you shared feedback about how the system felt in practice. We listened carefully, tested multiple approaches, and decided to make a key change to improve clarity, fairness, and motivation.
Why we changed the scoring system
In previous epochs, scores were relative and could move up or down depending on how others performed.
While mathematically fair, this sometimes felt confusing or frustrating, especially when your own activity didn’t change.
Our goal with this new Epoch was simple:
- Make progress feel rewarding
- Remove confusion around score drops
- Encourage consistent effort from start to finish
That’s why we’ve moved to a cumulative points system.
How the new Epoch works
During this Epoch, your points are cumulative.
Every action you take adds points to your score, and your score will only go up throughout the entire Epoch.
This means:
- No more losing points because someone else moves faster
- Every contribution counts
- Progress is visible and motivating
We’ve run hundreds of simulations to design this system, but real usage always brings valuable insights. As a result, we may slightly adjust the calculation during the first 2-3 days to ensure the best possible balance for everyone.
What matters most in the ranking
Not all actions have the same impact. Rankings are driven by clear priorities, in this order:
Volume generated by your referred users
New active users you refer during the Epoch
Social activity and visibility
Your personal trading activity
- Your Battle Pass activity
This structure reflects what truly helps grow the Spaace ecosystem: quality referrals, real activation, and sustained engagement.
A system built to grow with the ecosystem
This new approach is designed to be:
- Easier to understand
- More motivating over time
- Flexible enough to evolve as the ecosystem grows
As always, your feedback plays a key role. This Epoch marks an important step forward, and we’re excited to see how the competition unfolds.
Good luck to everyone, and may the best ambassador win.
