Building the Foundations for the Next Chapter
The beginning of the year has been intense for the Spaace team.
While we didn’t publish a dedicated blog update during January and February, the platform has continued to evolve rapidly behind the scenes. Over the past weeks, our focus has been on strengthening the technical foundations of Spaace, improving the trading experience, and preparing the infrastructure for the next major phase of the project.
From a complete front-end rewrite to new trading tools, multilingual support, and competitive tournaments, this update brings together everything that has shipped recently.

A New Front-End Architecture
One of the most important changes during this period has been the complete rewrite of the Spaace front-end.
Since the launch of the first version of the platform, new features and improvements had gradually increased technical complexity. To continue innovating at the pace we want, we needed a stronger and more scalable foundation.
Why This Matters
The new architecture allows us to:
- Reduce accumulated technical debt
- Ship new features faster
- Improve long-term maintainability
- Deliver a smoother and more responsive user experience
This work is mostly invisible from the outside, but it is critical for everything that comes next.
A More Trading-Oriented Homepage
The homepage has been redesigned with a stronger focus on trading activity and market discovery.
The new layout helps users:
- Identify active collections faster
- Access trading tools more easily
- Navigate between collections and opportunities with less friction
This change aligns the interface with Spaace’s core mission: making NFT trading more dynamic, competitive, and rewarding.
Spaace Goes Global: New Languages
As the community continues to grow internationally, accessibility has become a priority.
Spaace now supports multiple languages directly on the platform:
- English
- Korean
- Turkish
- Vietnamese
- Chinese
- German
- French
This expansion helps more users participate in the marketplace and the Battle Pass ecosystem without language barriers.
And this is only the beginning. More localizations will continue to be added over time.
Battle Pass Improvements
The Battle Pass continues to evolve as one of the core pillars of the Spaace ecosystem.
Daily XP History
Users can now view their XP history day by day directly in the Activity tab.
This allows you to:
- Track daily quest performance
- Understand how your XP evolves over time
- Optimize your strategy for upcoming tournaments and events
This additional transparency helps players better engage with the gamified system behind the marketplace.
Marketplace UX Improvements
Several improvements were introduced to make trading actions clearer and safer.
Marketplace Selection When Editing Listings
When editing or cancelling a listing, you can now choose the marketplace where the action will take place.
This makes it easier to understand exactly what is happening and avoid accidental actions across multiple platforms.
Marketplace Icons on Listings
Listings now clearly display the marketplace icon associated with them:
- Spaace
- OpenSea
- Blur
This gives traders immediate visibility on where the transaction will be executed.
Edit Listings Without Paying Fees
Users can now edit their listings on Spaace without paying additional fees.
This small change significantly improves the trading workflow and allows traders to react quickly to market movements.
Security & User Protection
As Spaace grows, protecting users becomes increasingly important.
Warning for Unverified Collections
A new warning popup has been introduced for unverified collections.
When a user attempts to interact with such a collection, they must confirm that they understand the potential risks before proceeding.
This helps reduce accidental interactions with malicious or scam collections while preserving the open nature of the marketplace.
Expanding the Ecosystem
OKX Wallet Integration
Spaace now supports OKX Wallet, giving users additional flexibility when connecting to the platform.
This integration improves accessibility and aligns Spaace with the broader Web3 wallet ecosystem.
Competitive Features & Community Growth
Beyond the marketplace itself, Spaace continues to build a strong competitive environment.
Record-Breaking Tournaments
We launched some of the largest tournaments ever on Spaace, introducing:
- Rewards in $SPAACE tokens
- Reward tiers that multiply earnings based on performance
- Competitive rankings that push traders to optimize their strategies
These tournaments reinforce Spaace’s unique positioning as both a marketplace and a competitive trading arena.
Ambassador Leaderboard
January also saw the launch of regular Ambassador Leaderboard campaigns.
These campaigns reward community members who actively contribute to the visibility and growth of Spaace through:
- Social activity
- Content creation
- Community engagement
- Referral activity
Our vision has always been clear: those who help build Spaace should share in its success.
Strengthening Platform Stability
Behind the scenes, a large number of backend improvements were deployed.
These include:
- Stability improvements across the infrastructure
- Performance optimizations
- Improvements in monitoring and error detection
- Fixes for issues reported by the community
In parallel, we also launched a bug bounty program, encouraging developers and security researchers to help identify vulnerabilities and strengthen the platform.
Preparing the Next Chapter
While many improvements have already shipped, a significant part of the work done in January and February was focused on preparing what comes next.
Several major features are currently in development and will be introduced in the next chapter of Spaace.
For now, we can’t reveal everything yet.
But what we can say is this: the foundations are now in place for the most ambitious phase of the project so far.
